Spot and stain treatments can vary according to the many situations that we come across.  

The one thing that remains constant is the need for action as soon as possible. The faster you can get specialised treatments to a stain, the greater your chances of a complete removal.  

Colour rich fruit and cordial stains on the carpet can sometimes present difficulties if not attended to quickly. We recommend that you call us as soon as possible, this way we can organise to tend to your stain on the same day (where possible) to ensure the best possible outcome. With that said, when these types of stains have sat in the carpet for days, weeks, or even years, there is still a chance of removal…or at least a good reduction, so you can put your mind to rest knowing you have certified and experienced technicians on the job to produce only the best possible results.  

Some stains will require more specialised procedures or products. We have spent a considerable amount of time and research into finding several of the best, and safest products to remove your stains. Sometimes the stain removal process is so successful that it super-cleans the area, leaving a slightly lighter appearance where the previous stain had been. In these cases we recommend that the room is given a good thorough carpet clean to blend in the spot and leave your carpet fresh, clean, stain-free and soft to touch.  

On the odd occasion, stains can not be removed 100%. Normally this is the result of an incorrect treatment, product or method used to treat the stain prior to our arrival. Other factors that can reduce the effectiveness of our treatments include, direct sunlight on the stain for a prolonged period of time or the stain has been left untreated for just too long. In these cases we will be able to advise if a carpet repair of any type is a possible solution to the problem.  

Most stain treatments are a one off callout but some will require additional treatments. We are usually able to anticipate this and advise you before hand.
