Synthetic carpets such as smartstrand must be cleaned in a specific way. While these fibers are less sensitive to stronger detergents extra care is needed to ensure all of the detergent is flushed from the carpets properly to avoid rapid re-soiling and possible issues in the future. We use specific products that aid in this rinsing process while conditioning the carpet fibers to ensure a soft feel is left upon drying.
